        Virat Kohli is an Indian cricketer and not only that but also the former captain of a successful Indian national cricket team. He was born on November 5, 1988, in Delhi, the capital city of India. Kohli made his international debut in 2008 and has since become one of the best batsmen in the world.

            He has scored more than 22,000 runs in all formats of the game, including Tests, T20Is and ODIs, including 70 international centuries so far. Kohli is also known worldwide for his aggressive leadership style and fitness.

         He has also received numerous awards and medals throughout his career, including being named the ICC Cricketer of the Year in 2017 and 2018.Off the field, Kohli is also involved in various business ventures and philanthropic activities. He is married to Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma with whom he has a daughter.
